Shenzhen Xinxingli Packaging Products Co., Ltd. was established in April, 2004 to meet the growing demand of the packaging industry.

Our production factory is located in Shenzhen, China, and covers a land area of 6200 square meters, with the 3-story production area of 4000 square meters and a dormitory of 2000 square meters. 15 management personnel and 80 production workers operate on 2 rotating shift.

Our in-house moulds making section is specialized in the design and manufacture of stone plaster and copper tooling. It has moulds and tools to optimize the existing customer's design and propose new ones to reduce the cost and enhance the production efficiency.

To deliver various requirements and volumes, we has 4 automatic vacuum forming machines applicable to form PVC, PS, PP, PETG and APET material blisters. The capacity of one machine ranges from 400 trays to 1500 trays per hour. All machines are equipped to run 24 hours per day to make the maximum production capacity of approximately 4000kg per shift.

A wide range of packaging products are supplied to the electronic, toy, food, cosmetic and medical industries. We are also specialized in producing transport and handling trays, and presentation and display trays as well as PVC folding boxes and tubes (with or without silk screen printing). A wide range of base materials like flocked and antistatic materials are used for these applications. The thickness of these base materials ranged from 0.18mm to 2.0mm.

As a service provider, we are specialized in contract packaging. Goods are sent to us in bulk and our factory packing section will take care of all the necessary packing and required materials. As a contract packer, ultrasonic welding, heat-sealing, hot-stamping, and other packaging are part of our range. "Working on all up-to-date packaging requests to serve our customers requirement" is what we will fulfill.
